Ever wonder what the most important ingredient is to become a famous artist? It’s luck.
Ingrid Schornberg
Born in Lippstadt in 1949, Ingrid Schornberg discovered her love of painting in her earliest youth. For many years she got fascinated by watercolor painting. In the mid-nineties Ingrid Schornberg started using acrylic paint. She exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Lippstadt, Dusseldorf, Kamen, Soest, Eringerfeld or Warstein, but as well on Mallorca, her second home.
Ingrid Schornberg's art lives from personal thoughts and feelings, which she translates into abstracted art on canvas. Her pictures are coming to life spontaneously. Her sources of inspiration come mainly from landscapes, still lifes, architecture, people, the sea or flowers - precious little moments.
